The term ‘yoga’ translates as ‘union’, so what better way to honour this ancient tradition than through a united experience with others?
As a duo, you’ll guide each other into a variety of seated, standing, and balancing postures in which you’ll both gain the many benefits that yoga has to offer for body & mind.
Suitable for couples, friends, family, colleagues, (or even strangers), this practical & engaging workshop will explore how we can effectively communicate, connect, assist, give, receive & build upon trust in each other. You’ll learn new found skills in how to best support each other through an enhanced yoga experience, but also, how to transfer these qualities into everyday life.
From the keen yoga-goer to the complete beginner, this will be a unique experience for you & your occasion. Whether you're looking for a unique team building activity to boost employee morale, or perhaps you just want to create some awesome shapes with your friends. Whatever the event or reason, this is a positive & socially engaging activity, that's actually good for you in more ways than one! The session will draw to a close with a relaxing guided meditation, (optional).
