Welcome to Whitby’s exclusive luxury spa. Boasting four treatment rooms, a relaxation room, heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and small gym. The spa offers a variety of features to help you unwind, relax and to escape the stress of a busy festive season. Ward off any cold winter germs in the sauna or steam room. Both facilities are designed to cleanse the skin, boost immunity and work your sweat glands.

Spa treatments will also be available to book for some additional party season pampering. Because self-care comes in many forms!

Dine in style with your fellow yogi’s. You will not go hungry on this retreat. Here, we’re all about fueling your wonderful body with warming and tasty nutrition.

Set yourself up for the day with a traditional full Yorkshire Breakfast, or enjoy lighter continental options and/or a healthy smoothie. A variety of options will be available during breakfast to suit all catering preferences.

Dinner will be 3 courses of pure wholesome flavour and nourishment. Indulge in creative, colourful culinary delights with a festive twist.

Explore the area.

If we could practice yoga all day, everyday, I’m sure we would. But I’m told everything is best in moderation.

When we’re not yoga’ing, or soaking up life in the spa (or bar). There are an array of adventures and local delights to discover.

Breathe in fresh sea air on a local coastal walk, or check out the neighbouring town of Whitby, (Yes, a yoga retreat where you can have fish & chips for lunch if you so desire!)

Connect with nature at the breathtaking North York Moors National Park or explore the local gardens.

You might simply prefer to curl up by the fire with a book or your favourite human. Either way, find the perfect balance of rest and rejuvenation.

You might like to browse the Whitby Christmas Market for some stress free festivities. The market will be on between 15th - 17th November this year.

Additional activities can be organised as an entire group or in smaller groups depending on demand. Myself and the team will be on hand to arrange any activity requests for you.

Meet Your Host.

If we haven’t met yet, Hello, i’m Fi. My core values are to offer yoga as welcoming, nurturing and empowering experience. I wish to make healthy living an enjoyable, accessible & sociable lifestyle for all. I strive to empower others to recognise their own limitless potential in life, both on and off the mat. I want indivduals to be well equipped with effective, holistic techniques to ease the daily stresses & challenges that life can bring. I strongly believe that there is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach to yoga practice, & often encourage students to enjoy a unique experience within this universal tradition.

I am a qualified Hatha yoga instructor with a background in Events & Hospitality. I believe to have truly found my passion in offering these experiences with my guests’ wellbeing at the heart of it all.

I very much hope that we cross paths in the near future.

Any Questions?

Q: I’d like to come on my own. Is this possible?

A: You certainly can. A yoga retreat is the perfect opportunity to embark on your own journey & to take quality time out for yourself. You’ll be certain to meet like minded people, and make new friends. Yoga is universal, it translates as ‘unity’. And so we’ll be sharing this wonderful experience together. You’ll have the option to share an executive room with a fellow yogi (same sex only), or upgrade for a single occupancy (£).

Q: I’d like to invite a friend/loved one, but they’ve never done yoga before, can they still come?

A: ABSOLUTELY YES! It can only be a gift to introduce someone you care about to yoga. This retreat will be beginner friendly, with the option to do as little, or as much yoga as so desired. Even if yoga just isn’t for them, there are plenty of other activities and things to do to ensure that both of you can still enjoy a break together, whilst doing the things that you love.

Q: I notice lunch isn’t included in the price, why is this?

The vision for this retreat is to create the freedom of choice. If you choose to explore Whitby or go for a walk in the surrounding area, you might prefer to experience a local eatery rather than pay for a meal you might not have on the retreat. Or if you plan to soak up the Estate’s beautiful surroundings during your stay, there are plenty of dining options with the restaurant and bar onsite.
